Job Description
The Employment Outreach Worker supports the Employment Services Program by connecting with the community to increase awareness.

- Connect with local businesses and community agencies to schedule information sessions
- Conduct outreach, contacts potential service providers, and organizations to build relationships and offers general information sessions
- Assist the Marketing & Communication Officer with various marketing campaigns including but not limited to, newsletter, blog, social media and internal & external resources
- Between the ages of 15 & 30 (inclusive) at start of employment
- Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee protection Act
- Legally entitled to work according to the Ontario legislation and regulation
