Job Description

1. Corporate Communications
o Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
o Liaise with internal staff at all levels
o Design and maintain databases
o File and retrieve documents and reference materials
o Answer and manage incoming calls

2. Executive Support
o Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
o Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
o Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
o Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
o Attend confidential management and board meetings
o Understands organizational structure and design
o Recommending changes to executive that will promote efficiency and effectiveness of organization

3. Operational Support
o Flexible backup to department managers
o Monitor performance
o Guide staff

Job Benefits / Requirements

1. Education:
o Bachelors degree an advantage

2. Experience:
o At least three (3) years experience providing support at a high level
o Experience in leading and developing staff members

3. Knowledge:
o Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
o In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Skills
o Understanding of organization structure
o Understanding of fleet maintenance is an asset
o Understanding of travel logistics
