Job Description

• Create and maintain employee schedules
• Establish training schedules for new employees
• Make travel arrangements and accommodations for travelling employees including hotel bookings, flights, busing etc.
• Email correspondence with company stake holders
• Maintain consistent communication throughout company departments
• Other duties as assigned

Job Benefits / Requirements

• College diploma or university degree ins Business or related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft office suite
• Previous experience scheduling field workers an asset
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Detail oriented and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and demonstrates initiative
• Highly organized and the ability to work independently
• Problem solving and time management skills
• Resourceful and flexible to accommodate changing operational needs
• Bilingualism (French) is an asset
• Advanced Communications Skills: the successful candidate will need to coordinate with coworkers along with the training and recruitment department on a regular basis. This is done both verbally and via email
• Critical Thinking Skills: the successful candidate will need to devise plans of action and review those plans regularly
• Advance Organizational Skills: the successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling employees in multiple districts with many moving pieces to take into consideration to establish the most efficient results
• Problem Solving Skills: the successful candidate will need to be proactive to avoid future problems and be able to make quick decisions when a problem does occur
• Computer Skills: must have working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel), and the ability to learn basic computer programs and processes
• Previous clerical or administrative experience a plus
• Must be able to prioritize
