Through our newly adopted motivational approach, we seek to create equity in access to meaningful employment by working with jobseekers around the community to assess their level of readiness and motivation to more effectively plan their path to success! All of our services are FREE and our great team of employment experts are trained to work one-on-one with jobseekers and local employers to come up with a personalized plan towards finding and maintaining employment.

We have small and virtual classrooms available and offer individualized coaching to help jobseekers upgrade their skills and credentials.

Spark Employment Services can provide job coaching to help build motivation and readiness to incorporate work into jobseekers lives, and offer on the job support and retention planning to ensure that individuals have all the resources and tools to be successful in their new position. Our Job Developers are also trained to design placement training plans to match client’s skills and interests with employers. They can also help with providing successful applicants with an orientation to the workplace, including the rules and expectations of employers, rights and responsibilities of employees, Canadian workplace culture, etc.
