Job Description:
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, facilitating efficient operations and helping to manage the executive’s time effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to the President or Vice-President, including managing schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and communications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence with impeccable attention to detail.
- Coordinate and prioritize the executive’s daily activities to ensure all tasks and deadlines are met.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as required.
- Foster positive relationships with other team members and external partners to maintain a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within a financial services environment.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative.
- Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with care.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment supporting C-level executive is a strong asset.
