The Ontario Government’s “Better Jobs Ontario” initiative can provide funding up to $28,000.00 in order to help with tuition, books, basic living allowance and other needs, to qualifying individuals.

We offer job development and placement support to help bridge the gap between job seekers and employers. Our expert Job Developers work with many employers from different industries to help meet their needs of employing skilled candidates, while focusing and working with the jobseeker to help enhance their skills, motivation, availability, and ability to do the job.
Benefits of Job Development:
- Finding and developing workplace training and employment opportunities
- Job preparation activities including job skills training and workplace orientation
- Assistance with job searching in the area of occupational interests (preparing resumes and cover letters, employment applications, licenses, etc.)
- Assistance with necessary job training and/or employment placement supports (transportation to work, work supplies, clothing, telephone expenses, certification charges, etc.)
- Job shadowing and job trials
