Overview

We are seeking an IT Development Associate to join our Dynamic Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and assisting in the development of our Salesforce system, monitoring and managing our network and cloud servers, ensuring cyber security measures are in place, contributing to the web and mobile application development. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in big data analysis using tools like R Studio, Python, and Excel, and possess the ability to create meaningful data visualizations user Power BI and Tableau.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce System Management:

• Manage and assist in the development of our Salesforce system.
• Customize and configure Salesforce to meet organizational needs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.

Network and Cloud Server Management:

• Monitor and manage our network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Monitor and manage our cloud servers, including provisioning, configuration, and maintenance.
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions for cloud-based resources.

Web and Mobile Application Development:

• Contribute to the development of web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and user-friendly.

Big Data Analysis:

• Utilize tools such as R Studio, Python, and Excel for data analysis.
• Manipulate and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
• Develop algorithms and models to support data-driven decision making.

Data Visualization:

• Create compelling data visualizations using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Communicate complex data insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards for monitoring key performance indicators.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience managing and developing Salesforce systems.
• Web Application Development.
• Strong understanding of network and cloud server technologies.
• Knowledge of cyber security best practices and techniques.
• Proficiency in web and mobile application development.
• Experience with big data analysis using R Studio, Python, and Excel.
• Ability to create meaningful data visualizations using Power BI and Tableau.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certification(s)
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques and algorithms.
• Prior experience in a similar role within the IT industry.
• Strong project management skills.
• Full stack Development skills.
• Mobile Application Development skills (Android & IOS).
