Job Description:
We currently have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant ideal for an organized, detail oriented and outgoing individual looking to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and answer customer calls
- Maintain multiple email inboxes and correspond with various customers and staff
- Data entry and filing tasks
- Maintain inventory of office supplies
- Processing credit card payments
- Maintain various Excel spreadsheets
- Receivables and Payables functions
- Create and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed
- Other duties and projects may be assigned
Qualifications:
- 1 – 3 years of Administration experience or relevant education
- Ability to process and organize large volume of paperwork
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Superior customer service skills
- Flexibility and willingness to work simultaneously on a wide range of tasks and projects
- Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with coworkers
- Ability to work independently while being a team player
